Neil joined the Confiance Group in 2008 to head up the International Employment Services business. An ex-Master Mariner, Neil “came ashore” in 1992 initially into an operational role before moving into Personnel Management in 1994. Neil has been involved in the offshore employment of mariners, energy industry workers and various other industry sector employees since that time, in the UK and Guernsey, to where he moved in 2001.
