CFSL, through its founding directors, has expertise in global equities, film products and real estate asset classes across a variety of structures, including Open & Closed ended collective investment schemes, Protected Cell Companies and Limited Partnerships.

The regulatory framework, under the auspices of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, is extremely robust and recognised by multiple jurisdictions.

CFSL can provide consultancy and full administration services with respect to independent fund launches or joint ventures, together with guidance on the type of structure.
