Rudi Falla was articled to Coopers & Lybrand in 1973 where he gained experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and UK tax planning schemes. In 1980 he was invited to join a Guernsey based trust company. During his time there he acted as company secretary, financial controller and for the last thirteen years as a director of the trust company.

In his role as director of the trust company he developed close relationships with several high net worth individuals. Complex commercial arrangements and various tax effi cient structures were put in place for these individuals to facilitate land development, commercial lettings, and significant trading and investment activities.
