Confiance Limited was granted a full fiduciary licence very soon after its incorporation on 20 June 2003. This authorises the company to conduct activities which include the provision of all services associated with the formation, management and administration of trusts, companies, partnerships, etc. and to provide advice in relation to the establishment of companies and trusts both in Guernsey and in other international financial centres.
The company has extensive experience in the establishment and administration of trusts for asset protection and tax, inheritance and estate planning.
In addition the company administers, on behalf of clients, companies established in Guernsey and elsewhere to conduct all types of investment activities, with particular expertise in commercial and residential property, intellectual property holding, international trade, etc.
It is also able to advise on the formation of protected call companies, incorporated cell companies, limited partnerships and private trust companies.
